Constables Come to Columbia

 Constable Robert J. Hetter and Taser the Bloodhound of River Valley K-9 Rescue Services patrolled Avenue H for contraband on Sunday morning.

 This morning, two Pennsylvania State Constables watched and waited . . .

 as this one presented papers . . .

and asked questions.

      Did the vehicle pursuit have anything to do with the bloodhound?

    The classic car pic. is where a business is, but does't pay taxes!! It isn't listed as a business!
