That is a crime in itself that they currently have NO deductible!!! Completely outrageous!!! $1500 and $3000 are on the low end of average deductibles. We have a $4000 deductible for a family of three and pay $140/week in premium with no vision, dental or Rx coverage. Mainly because we pay $350/month for teacher and police contracts and can't afford to pay $185/week for better coverage. It's about time they wake up and live in the real world!
Saame for the police moffciers. They only have a small copay whcih is reimbursed to them by the borough according to their contract. Outrageous! I wonder how many of your readers have this same luxury. I'd like to see a poll done on this.
I have a good job and my deductible is still $3000 for a single person. The police and teachers need to get into the real world with the rest of the us.

ReplyDeleteOutrageous? What is? That they have better jobs than you? Perhaps you should try to better yourself instead of dragging others to your level.
ReplyDeleteLets look at it this way, give them 8,10,and 15 % raises! That way we can FILE BANKRUPTCY FASTER!!
