  2. People stand on both sides of the street to watch the parade, yet the corvettes had signs on only one side. How could anyone know who the girls were representing? Wasn't the homecoming queen photographed enough at the game where she crowned?

  4. The picture of the girls is not the homecoming queen, it's a majorette princess and queen

  5. Can't do anything nowadays without someone feeling slighted. I could not make it to the parade this year, due to my work schedule, but I enjoyed the photos posted here. I suggest next year you make every effort to photograph every single person in the parade.
PS: To date Lancaster newspaper has no mention of this parade, but they did mention Lititz.

    1. I have been watching this Parade it seems like forever!!! it's always a great Parade, well organized thanks to the members of the Lion Club and the Snapper group. I was upset about That Jenny Fortna and her Children were not in the carriage being pulled up Locust St. had her Husband not passed away so suddenly Jeff would have been the Grand Marshall with Jenny by his side, Columia lost a great friend and Family man and it would have been a huge gesture on the Parade Committee's part to give The People of Columbia a look at this beloved Family, it will take a tremendous effort to fill Jeff Fortnas place and I doubt that will ever happen, best of luck and many Thanks to the Lions Club for all they do for the Community.

  6. I've photographed the Mardi Gras Parade and posted the pics - all for free - for several years, this being the last.
