Columbia foundation will support pet rescue groups

Columbia Borough Council heard from two altruistic groups — one offering help, and one needing it — on Monday, March 24.

    who cares if its a tax write off? at least Judy wants to better this town!!! thank you Judy and family. maybe some others would step up to the plate and do some good for our town.
