Columbia man tries to help and finds more questions than answers

A Columbia man tried to help a mom and two kids stranded in the cold at a bus stop but got no answers or help from RRTA.

    what a lousy answer. everyone know they were calling for ugly weather...just not that much in that short of time. but hey its winter and they SHOULD always be prepared and have a plan in place for these circumstances.
