  3. concerned residents-note: boro council mtg is mon dec 10 at 7 pm. it's time to attend and ask questions about services supposedly daily and those services not being performed... they hired another management position (announced at last council mtg, hiring an SEO - sewer enforcement officer for 60 properties out of more than 10, 400 - WHY ????????? they got something up their sleeve) personally, i as a taxpayer can come up with a whole lot of ways to spend that $ 45, 000.00 - first one being - FIX THE ROADS !!!! THEY'RE DESTROYING OUR VEHICLES....instead of hiring general labor for highway or wastewater depts. who are both short handed.WE are the ones who pay the bills....

  5. yeah i read that in the paper too and thought-why in the world would they hire a SEO (sewer enforcement officer) for 60 units. there are more than 10,400 residents in this Boro and this is a blatant waste of our hard earned taxpaying monies. WHY???

  6. maybe some residents oughta show up at the boro council mtg on monday dec 10 at 7:00 and ask questions.....especially ANYONE WHO HAS A SEWER IN GROUND TANK...it's cheap enough to pay any qualified SEO, there's NO need for one in this Boro.....
the spending is out of control...excuse is given that its grant money-well guess what-THE MAJORITY OF GRANT MONEY MUST BE MATCHED - do you know what that means???? that means that we, as taxpayers are paying for all this crap that we DON"T want or need or can afford. namely River Park for one. which has costs us taxpayers MILLIONS OF DOLLARS....YES THAT'S RIGHT - MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
