If the county does a reasessment Cola would take a huge hit. With all the investors who are buying houses way below what the market was the last time the asessment was done, the taxable property value in Cola would drop dramatically. All of the smart real estate investors have appealled their asessed values based on their new sales prices & have won. If most homeowners in Cola would look at their asessed values they would see its higher than it should be. This would only apply in Cola though because the rest of Lanc Co property values either didn't drop much during the recession, or have recovered since. This applies to commercial property in Cola to.
