Graffiti has appeared once again in Locust Street Park, this time on one of the commemorative benches:
This past Thursday afternoon, police investigated an incident there.
Today, the concrete end supports of another bench were found to be cracked.

where oh where did the cameras go...norm???
at a cost of $1 MILLION.....they sure ain'tworth it.
get rid of those old benches and build a skate ramp !, the poor kids have to see the headlines bashing Columbia schools - they at least deserve to have the best skate park in the County !
the bigger question is where did the 1 Million go !
