A Community Life Network Survey now appears on Columbia Borough's website.
According to the survey page:
"The more information you can provide the better Community Life Network of Columbia can determine what services you want or need in your community."

I did this survey but they would not accept it as I would not put our $ part down. that's no ones business
They should make that part optional.
what we need is a new system for paying property taxes...a school district thats consolidated with Hempfield and Donegal and Eastern!
